🌸 What's Included?
We will supply high resolution PDF files which have been personalized with your engagement details, ready for you to print. Simply take the file to a print store like Office Depot, Staples, Officeworks - depending on where you are and they will print it on the cardstock of your choice.
Alternatively, if you are confident with using online printers, upload your PDF to a web site like Vistaprint and get your cards printed that way.

Your invitations can be customized with any text required. Please include any changes in the MESSAGE TO SELLER BOX.
✅ PROOFS ---->>>>
Your digital files will be created as quickly as possible - usually within 2 business days and sent to you via the conversation box in Etsy. Please include your email address in the conversation box so we can send you any big files for printing.
We provide TWO rounds of revision after sending your completed files. You will be able to request small edits such as adding text, spacing and/or correcting any typos. If you wish to have more changes beyond the 2nd revision, additional fee of US$2 would incur.

After proofs are approved, we will email your high resolution, print ready files in PDF format. Your design will be sent via Etsy conversations or email if you request. We prefer email for large files but can use the Etsy conversation box if preferred.

Your files will be deleted 30 days after order placement, so please review the file sent to you right away in case any changes are needed. You will need to re-purchase the files if revision is required after 4 weeks have passed.

- A PDF reader (like Adobe Reader) to open, view, and print your PDF. If you don’t have Adobe Reader already, you can get it for free at: get.adobe.com/reader/
- Home printer with ink or a document printing service like Staples, Office Max, Kinkos, etc
- Paper - for most items, 110# white card stock paper (8.5 x 11 inches) is recommended.
- Scissors or a paper trimmer

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Our invitations are a standard size:
Invitation – 5 x 7” (127mm x 177.7mm)
RSVP/Thank You/Detail Cards – 5” x 3.5”
Envelopes are a fairly standard size for invitations - 5" x 7" is common (A7). You can purchase these from any good stationery supply store. Ebay is also a good option if you need a big number.
The smaller cards 5" x 3.5" require a smaller envelope. Any C6 envelope will fit.
Other items such as seating plans, menus etc are in sizes stated on the individual listing. We can also design your file to a specific size if requested.
We always recommend using a professional print shop for your printing. The good office supply stores have departments to help you print the best quality possible. Simply take your files into the store on a USB stick and select the cardstock you would like.
Most of our designs will look best on plain white cardstock which is at least 220gsm. The store will trim your invitations/rsvp/thank you cards. Our files are PDFs which are structured to contain the trim lines - so it's very easy to trim our items. If you do attempt this at home, make sure you have a guillotine or an art board with scalpel and metal ruler for a straight edge. It's much easier to get it done at the store.
Most definitely we can!
We will need to know the "chemistry" of your color. Colors are reproduced by knowing the amounts of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black in each color - CMYK. If you already know these values, you can message us and we can design using them. If you don't know the values, please scan something in your color and send us the image. The match may not be exact due to computer/phone screens but it will be reasonably close.
Of course we can! Just send us high quality jpegs of your images and we will add them to the design. The better quality photo you send, the better the end result on your invitation. If you have professional photos, please get hold of an original high resolution version from the photographer. This will print with best results.
FOR CORJL ORDERS: After purchasing the listing, you will receive an email shortly (usually immediately to your etsy email, be sure your email it’s updated) from 'Corjl' with a link to access and edit your file. You can also go directly to Corjl.com and enter your Etsy email address and Order number (not transaction number).
FOR NON-EDITABLE ITEMS and PDF EDITABLE FILES: You will be able to download or access your files immediately after checkout. To download your file(s), go to your "Purchases" and the find order. From there, you will find a link to download your files.
